Day 6
If you're trying to make something a habit, keep it small and simple. For instance, if you want to begin reading every day, read even just two pages. By keeping it this small and simple, you'll be able to build the habit and become comfortable knowing you can do it.
With less pressure on the habit and time it will take, it will make it easier to get started doing it.
Because the hardest part of doing something is always the start. It's hard to begin the work, but by building the habit of doing it, you'll get into a routine where you feel confident. After this point, you can begin reading more pages or spending more than five minutes doing your task.
